- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well-coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
- Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Marinating the chicken for longer (up to 2 hours) enhances the flavor. You can also use boneless chicken thighs, but reduce the cooking time slightly.
