Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 haddock fillets (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with butter and seasonings.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the haddock fillets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
