Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove from skillet and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lower-carb option, serve the patties with a side of mixed greens or zucchini noodles. Add a dollop of tzatziki sauce for an authentic Mediterranean touch!
