- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice preference)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like blue cheese or add more spice with jalapeños. This dip can also be made in a slow cooker for easy serving.
