- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Stir the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to use any cut of steak you prefer. Adjust cooking time based on the size of your steak bites. You can also add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
